These Terms and Conditions will govern the relationships between QUICKTOK.AI and the User who contracts the services offered on this website.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the current Spanish regulations governing Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

In accordance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the following information is provided:

The use and/or contracting of any of the services on this website imply the express acceptance, as a User, without any reservations, of each and every one of the Terms and Conditions described here.

QUICKTOK.AI informs that the procedures to contract the services provided are as described in these Terms and Conditions of Contracting, as well as any other procedures indicated on the screen during navigation, so the User declares to be aware of and accept such procedures as necessary to access the services offered by QUICKTOK.AI.

Any modification and/or correction of the data provided by Users during navigation must be carried out following the instructions included on this website.

Contracting Process

2.1 Service Provided by QUICKTOK.AI

QUICKTOK.AI is a video transcription service using artificial intelligence.

QUICKTOK.AI may also offer software sales and subscription to courses.

2.2 FREE TRIAL

QUICKTOK.AI may offer Free Trials of varying duration to introduce users to the tool and its functionalities.

The FREE TRIALS do not entitle the User to any refund or financial compensation as it is a free trial. However, participants have full rights concerning their data and can exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, or deletion of personal data. These rights are explained in the Privacy Policy section.

This service is recommended, acting as an intermediary between Users and organizers. Through the website, Users can check the prices of various events and hire the service online that best suits their needs.

2.3 Service Purchase

To make a purchase, the User must access the website and enter the personal and payment information required to process the purchase.

The prices set on the website include various consumption taxes such as VAT, taking into account the fiscal peculiarities of the Canary Islands (Spain, Europe). The automated request system collects the data entered by the User.

The User must provide payment information for the contracted services. Once the process is completed, the User will receive an email confirming the order and providing an identification number.

By making the payment, the User is deemed to have accepted the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, which they could have consulted before or at any time prior to the purchase.

Payment Methods

The accepted payment method on the QUICKTOK.AI website is primarily Stripe, without excluding the possibility of using other legally accepted payment methods.

QUICKTOK.AI may use advertising campaigns and sales techniques through which it may request certain personal data in order to provide the requested service, such as delivering a quote. In any case, interested parties can exercise their rights at any time regarding personal data.

QUICKTOK.AI is not responsible for any possible failures or errors in the service since it is in development, and users are aware of this circumstance with this Disclaimer. Likewise, QUICKTOK.AI is not responsible for the texts generated by Users on their own responsibility, as they are solely responsible for them.

Right of Withdrawal

The legal right of withdrawal is 14 days. However, the regulation provides for different exceptions due to its nature. One of them is when it comes to digital content without physical support.

Nevertheless, at QUICKTOK.AI, we want to offer you a commercial withdrawal period.

Thus, a right of withdrawal is offered in which, if within the next 5 natural days after purchase, the user has not generated at least 10 minutes of video in their plan, then they may opt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Complaint Management

8.1 Maximum Liability of QUICKTOK.AI

The maximum liability of QUICKTOK.AI will be governed by the provisions of the national and international legislation applicable and, in particular, by the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

8.2 Procedure and Timeframe for Complaints

In the event of having to make a complaint, the User must do so through the QUICKTOK.AI website or send it by email. Additionally, they must provide the purchase receipt.

Within one month, QUICKTOK.AI may help/advise you to carry out all necessary procedures to resolve the issue. The User can grant access to the complaint to third parties provided authorization is provided.

The facts constituting the complaint must be available for verification without alterations. If it refers to any incident that occurred in an offline or online event, photos, videos, audios, or other evidence can be provided.

If an agreement is not reached, the User may seek other avenues, such as Consumer Protection Offices.

Order Cancellation

QUICKTOK.AI will not provide any refund for service cancellation, except when the right of withdrawal is exercised within 5 natural days following the purchase.

Service Termination

Any user can terminate their subscription at any time from the profile section. However, regardless of whether they have used the minutes of video or not, cancelling the subscription will automatically result in the loss of access to the software.

QUICKTOK.AI Telegram Group

The Telegram group is used to announce tool updates, upgrades, and events. Complaints and claims posted in that community will not be considered submitted since they have not been directly addressed to QUICKTOK.AI. It is not mandatory to be in the group to be a user.

Suppletory Legal Regime

For everything not provided for in these General Conditions, the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the rest of the national and international legislation in force will apply.

Fair Use Policy

All users of QuickTok AI are subject to a fair use policy in which:

Users cannot generate content using scripts or automation tools.
Users cannot have multiple individuals logging into their account (there is a profile section where you can add members to your workspace).

Warnings:

If our team or system identifies any breach of the fair use policy in the unlimited plan, your use of QuickTok will be blocked, and you will receive the first warning.

If a team member abuses the fair use policy, they will be removed from the account and asked to create their own plan based on credits.

Additionally, if you continue to abuse our policies after two warnings, you will be prohibited from using QuickTok altogether.

If the platform member continues to violate the rules after being notified, they will be given a second warning and given access to a credit-based plan.

Furthermore, if you continue to abuse our policies after two warnings, you will be prohibited from using QuickTok altogether. You will not receive a refund of any charges if you are banned.

Terms and Conditions of purchase
